RETURNS AND EXCHANGES—ORGANIZATION’S POLICY
Due to the custom nature of YOUR ORDER our organization will not accept any returns, exchanges or provide refunds on items purchased from the online store, unless the item is defective or incorrect due to the efforts of our vendor. By checking out each customer takes full responsibility for items purchased online. We will not except returns on items that do not fit, as long as the items is the size the customer ordered. We recommend that all customers contact the organization representative to learn more about sizes.  If names or design are wrong and is the fault of our vendor, we will need the item returned and a replacement will be sent. No replacement products will be sent without the return of the original item. If you have any further questions please email our online store representative; found under the contact tab. This return policy is used to help protect the organization and keep down costs for the organization; due to the fact that the organization is responsible for all items ordered.
